At DARDORINO AGENCY LLC, we strive for client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we apply the following refund policy:
1. Digital Services
All digital services (web design, advertising, consulting, etc.) are non-refundable once work has begun.
2. Cancellations
If you cancel before work starts, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on administrative costs already incurred.
3. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are considered only if:
- The service was not delivered as promised
- There is a proven technical failure from our end
- The refund request is made within 7 days of the order
4. Non-refundable Cases
- Change of mind after project start
- Client delay or unresponsiveness
- Force majeure or issues beyond our control
